Let us know when you’d like to come, and we will reschedule your visit with no hassle.
Zoo Visit Voucher
Not sure when you can visit? We will send you a voucher valid for 12 months, giving you plenty of time to plan your visit.
Refunds
If you can’t make it on another day, we’ll refund the amount to the card you used to purchase your tickets.

Important Notice
To ensure the welfare of the animals in our care, we rely on ticket sales. Please consider requesting a refund only as a last resort.
We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
If you cancel at the last minute, we won’t have enough time to offer your tickets to other visitors, which could impact the funds urgently needed to care for the animals.

Weather forecast at the Zoo of the Pyrenees
Rain
Toca-toca and Animals in Action can take place indoors, with groups of up to 30 people.
The Guided Tour can still go ahead in the rain, so bring an umbrella.
If the rain prevents your activity from taking place, you can change your booking to another day or request a full refund.
Snow
If fresh snow is forecast, we recommend not visiting the Pyrenees Zoo for road safety reasons.
If the snow has already fallen, you can enjoy all scheduled activities in a magical winter setting.
Cold
Dress warmly and enjoy the fresh air and spectacular views.
Strong wind
If strong winds are forecast, we recommend not visiting the Pyrenees Zoo, as the gusts can pose safety risks.
Changes and refunds in exceptional circumstances
If Zoo del Pirineu is unable to run an activity due to circumstances beyond our control, or if official travel restrictions prevent you from attending, you can change your booking to another day or request a full refund.

If You’re Already at the Zoo and Bad Weather Affects Your Visit
Free voucher
We will provide you with a free voucher to return on another day and enjoy the activities you missed. This voucher is valid for 12 months.
Money Refunds
If you’re unable to return on another day, we’ll refund the difference for the activities you couldn’t complete.
Please be honest when requesting a refund.
