How to use your SX3 invitation
1. Choose an Animals in Action date
Check the calendar and choose one of the available dates.
2. Book with your SX3 invitation
Select 2 SX3 tickets: one for you and one for your friend. Then add tickets for the adults coming with you.
3. Add the Guided Tour
Choose the Guided Tour on the same day to complete the two activities included in your invitation.
4. Bring your SX3 card
On the day of your visit, show us your SX3 card so we can check your date of birth.

How long is the SX3 birthday invitation valid for?
Your invitation is valid for 1 month from your birthday.
Who gets free entry with the SX3 invitation?
You and one friend aged 14 or under get free entry. Accompanying adults need to pay for their tickets.
Which activities are included with the SX3 invitation?
The invitation includes Animals in Action and the Guided Tour. You need to book a place for both activities.
Is Toca-toca included with the SX3 invitation?
No. Toca-toca isn’t included, but you can book it separately if you’d like to take part. For Toca-toca, select a child ticket.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Places are limited, and Animals in Action doesn’t run every day, so you need to book before your visit.
What if I don’t have my SX3 card with me?
We need to check that the invitation is for your birthday. Without your SX3 card, we won’t be able to give you free entry.
What if it rains on the day of my visit?
If rain is forecast for the day of your visit, contact us and you can move your booking to another day. We’ll still honour your SX3 invitation even if the new date falls outside the validity period.
